The Utah Division of Water Rights has set a public meeting to discuss a new type of application called a Dedicated Water Application. Information about the public meeting is included below.
Purpose: With recent legislation updates the State Engineer has been instructed to create a new application type. These applications are referred to as dedicated water applications. See Utah Code section 73-3-30.3. In order to process these applications a fee must be collected. In order to collect a fee for these applications, this type of application must be added to the fee schedule for the Division of Water Rights. This meeting is to be held to discuss the updates to the fee schedule.
